Disney Vacation Club has revealed the dates and location of the first quarter condominium association meetings for its Florida-based resorts.
On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, Disney Vacation Club will host board of directors meetings for all twelve of its florida based condominum associations. The meetings will be held at the Convention Center located in Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Each resort meeting is scheduled for approximately 45 minutes. The complete schedule is as follows:
- 9:00am: Copper Creek Villas & Cabins
- 9:45am: Boulder Ridge Villas
- 10:30am: Disney's Riviera Resort
- 11:15am: Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
- 12:00pm: Disney's Beach Club Villas
- 1:15pm: Disney's BoardWalk Villas
- 2:00pm: The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort
- 2:45pm: Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas
- 3:30pm: Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort
- 4:15pm: Disney's Vero Beach Resort
- 5:00pm: Disney's Old Key West Resort
- 5:45pm: Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort
Each meeting will consist of a brief board of directors meeting to conduct any necessary business, followed by an audience question and answer period. Disney Vacation Club members may attend meetings for any resort at which they own points.

Quarterly board meetings for condominium associations were mandated beginning in late 2024 as a result of changes to Florida law. The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is not part of a condo association, and therefore is not subject to the quarterly meeting mandate. All other properties will continue to hold annual meetings each December.

Disney Vacation Club stressed that it will continue to host a more substantial member gathering each December. The quarterly meetings planned for (approximately) March, June and September will be announced on shorter notice and are expected to be smaller-scale affairs.
