Four weeks after sales opened to existing Disney Vacation Club owners, non-members can now purchase ownership in The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.
Beginning February 27, 2024 individuals who do not currently have an ownership interest in Disney Vacation Club can purchase points in the Fort Wilderness cabins. The resort features a base price of $225 per point. New buyer incentives begin at $6 each for a purchase of 150-199 points and gradually rising to $13 discount for 500 or more.

These rates are on par with current incentives for other DVC destinations including Disney's Riviera Resort and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. Buyers may benefit from DVC's Welcome Home offer, which offers a discount of up to $1500 for guests with a current or future Disney vacation scheduled. The Magical Beginnings promo also offers a credit of up to $22 per point for owners willing to forefit their first year's set of points.
The cabins' point charts are surprisingly ecomonical, offering a large unit which sleeps up to 6 guests for as little as 15 points per night. However, that low cost also contributes to some of the most expensive annual dues in the program with a 2024 rate of $12.16 per point. Ownership runs through January 31, 2075.
