Now through May 29, 2023, Disney Vacation Club members can purchase points at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel with initial incentives which reduce the price by $20 each for an add-on of 150 points.
Nearly 14 years after Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel made its debut, Disneyland will soon open its second Disney Vacation Club destination. Existing DVC owners can now add to their membership by purchasing points for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
The base price of the resort is set at $230 per point, an all-time high for an actively-selling DVC property. A minimum add-on of 50 points is being enforced. Those wishing to add 50 - 125 points will pay the full retail price of $230 each, plus closing costs and fees. A modest $4 per point discount is applied for a purchase of 125 points, with more substantial incentives of $20 off per-point when buying 150 or more.

The above incentives are valid through May 29, 2023. On May 30 sales will open to new DVC owners. At that time, new incentives will be revealed for both current owners adding-on and for first-time buyers.

With this expansion representing about 3.3 million Vacation Points, sales for Disneyland Hotel are expected to last for several years. Buyers should not fear any potential sell-out of the resort within the coming weeks or months. However, Disney Vacation Club typically offers its most attractive pricing early in the sales cycle, as was the case with the recent re-launch of Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
Annual dues for 2023 have been announced to be $9.06 per point. Stays at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are also subject to a Transient Occupancy Tax for each night of the stay based upon the number of points utilized. The resort is scheduled to open on September 28, 2023.
