Disney Vacation Club will soon increase prices on all of its resorts, with several crossing the $200 per point threshold.
DVCResaleMarket.com has published a list of direct sale prices sheduled to go into effect on January 17, 2018. Three resorts will soon be priced over $200 per point with the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel set at a staggering $235 per point. The complete list is as follows:

These rates apply only to points purchased direct from Disney Vacation Club, not to resale transactions through brokers like DVCResaleMarket.com or The Timeshare Store. However, those who became members after April 4, 2016 must have some amount of direct purchase points in order to be eligible for most owner perk programs including the Annual Pass discounts and popular Moonlight Magic events.
The soon-to-be-sold-out Polynesian Villas will quickly rise from the current $176 base price to $220 per point, leaving Bay Lake Tower as the most economical resort on the Walt Disney World monorail line at just $191 per point.
Beach Club remains one of the most popular destinations, soon priced at $185 per point for a contract which runs just 23-24 more years, ending in January 2042.
Aulani and Copper Creek Villas, the two resorts which will remain in active sales, will rise by just $6 per point to $182 with some purchase incentives likely to be offered. Current incentives offer $500 Disney Gift Cards and/or Developer Credits which reduce the final price by about $14-17 per point on these two properties.
Disney Vacation Club revealed that its fifteenth property will be Disney's Riviera Resort. Located adjacent to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, the property will be positioned on the new Skyliner transportation system and offer views of both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Construction is already well under way with Riviera Resort scheduled to open in the fall of 2019.
