Disney Vacation Club has announced the date, location and time for the 2016 Condominium Association Meeting.

Back in the spring, Disney Vacation Club unveiled the first ever member-exclusive lounge, located within the confines of the Epcot theme park.  The lounge offers members an air conditioned space to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.  Members can enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks, free use of iPads and computers, charging stations for their own devices, along with spectacular views of the park itself.  Being an owner perk, it is unlikely that DVC dues are being used to fund the lounge.  However if DVC is to invest in such benefits, it makes sense for them to pursue options which most appeal to members.

In 2016, appraised property values rose by an average of 7.5% for the nine Disney Vacation Club resorts located at Walt Disney World. This average increase is slightly less than the combined 9.8% increase that occurred in 2015.
