Incumbant Property Appraiser Rick Singh has been engaged in a lengthy legal battle over assessed values of Walt Disney World property including hotels and Disney Vacation Club timeshares. 

The Orlando-based construction company originally hired to renovate Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has sued Disney Vacation Club Management for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation. 

According to rumors, new owners who wish to have access to the full slate of Disney Vacation Club perks and benefits will soon have to own a larger number of points purchased direct from DVC.
