The first of three Disney Vacation Club longhouses at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows will close for refurbishment beginning the last week of July. 

News from today's reopening of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort includes the surprise reveal that Trader Sam's Grog Grotto is also set to return. 

Reserved pool seating and a monorail reopening target date are just two of the recent updates as Disney's Polynesian Village Resort prepares to welcome back hotel guests. 

Disney Vacation Club rooms at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are set to be refurbished this year, and some upcoming guests are being relocated to the resort's hotel rooms in order to accommodate the work. 

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort will return to normal operations in July after months of refurbishment, but one amenity will be down a little longer. 

Disney Vacation Club members will soon have two more nearby dining options to choose from.
