Polynesian Villas

A petition has been created on website Change.org to encourage Disney executives to reconsider planned removal of the lobby waterfall at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  

On Friday, Disney revealed that one of its most iconic resorts will soon be known by a different--yet familiar--name.

Those watertop bungalows being constructed at Disney's Polynesian Resort are curently the talk of the Disney Vacation Club world but nobody seems to know exactly how large the buildings will be.  It turns out that with some careful measurements, we can get a pretty close approximation of the building dimensions.  

Rapid progress continues on the Disney Vacation Club watertop bungalows at Disney's Polynesian Resort with two units framed and roofed and others following close behind.

A wooden walkway is now in place to facilitate construction on the stilted bungalows at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  Other than that, not much progress to report on this future Disney Vacation Club destination.

Crews have begun clearing ground and installing infrastructure for the waterside bungalows featured in the Disney Vacation Club villa addition to Disney's Polynesian Resort.
