Twelve years after offering 15-year ownership extensions at Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney Vacation Club has begun filing deeds with Orange County to formalize the new contract end date. 

The nearly 2-year process of renovating all Disney Vacation Club villas at Disney’s Old Key West Resort is now complete. 

The end is in sight for the refurbishment of Disney's Old Key West Resort, a project which began back in the fall of 2017. 

Thirty of the forty-nine buildings at Disney's Old Key West Resort have now been refurbished with four more currently in-process.  

By the end of June, renovations should be complete on more than 1/3 of the villas at Disney's Old Key West Resort.
