All three resorts being actively marketed by Disney Vacation Club will soon sport identical prices.  

After a very slow month for sales in November 2014, direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points improved slightly in December 2014. For the month, 107,422 points were sold, an increase of 12.3% over the previous month. Despite the increase, sales in December were well below the 143,187 points that sales averaged in the previous 12 months.

"Best" is often a subjective term but when it relates to a 5-figure Disney Vacation Club contract purchase, price is usually the key factor.  

So when exactly is the best time to purchase a DVC contract from the resale market?  The answer may be right around the corner.  

Disney Vacation Club is poised to increase the prices it charges for points on older properties with some locations going up as much as $25 per point.  

November 2014 was a very slow month for direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points. In fact, November had the least amount of points sold since the tracking of monthly sales began in July 2010. Only 96,614 points were sold, marking the first time that the monthly point total failed to reach the 100,000 point mark.
