Disney Vacation Club Member Services has add a number of prompts to its telephone system, allowing members to identify themselves before being connected to a live representative.  

Several key features at the official Disney Vacation Club website will be down for maintenance next week.

With 11 month reservations set to begin in late January, Disney Vacation Club has published the 2016 calendar year Points Charts for all twelve current DVC resorts.

The holiday season is upon us.  Disney Vacation Club Member Services will experience slight adjustments to its operating hours around Christmas and New Year's.  

Thursday's outage is much more extensive than recent overnight system maintenance.
