Disney Vacation Club is hoping you'll put Copper Creek Villas & Cabins on your Christmas list with a choice of two new offers.

The Orange County Tax Collector issued the final 2018 property tax bills for the 10 Disney Vacation Club resorts located at Walt Disney World. Based on our unofficial calculations, the 2018 final tax levies are slightly higher than the 2017 tax bill for seven DVC resorts, moderately higher for two of the resorts, and significantly lower for one resort.

Disney Vacation Club direct sales hit a sour note in September 2018, falling 8% over the prior month and 16% year-over-year. 

Disney Vacation Club's direct sales for July 2018 were down nearly 30% from its 6 month average and 20% year-over-year. 

For the fourth time in 2018, monthly sales of Disney Vacation Club points for the 10 resorts located at Walt Disney World topped the 200,000 point mark. Led by sales for Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, 202,595 points were sold in June 2018.
